Nicole is amazing. We had a remarkably complicated mortgage application – two incomes, multiple-institution contract income spanning multiple provinces, credit ratings from across international borders, a downpayment combining income and gifts and early RRSP withdrawal… She handled it all without breaking a sweat and secured us a great mortgage. Even before the mortgage, she was very helpful assisting us to figure out total closing costs and monthly costs so that we could narrow down our price range for house hunting.
